With most internet companies, support is often limited to an e-mail address, on-line Trouble Ticket, or a "faceless" voice on the phone which changes every time you call. Even worse are those bad-connections to some over-seas support person, who barely speaks English. This is NOT what you will find with us!

 SMTP Server Setting: mail.yourdomain.com
      (example: mail.austintexas.net) - port 25
  E-mail Servers: (In/Outgoing) Enable Authentication
      (username & password)
 username: full e-mail address
     (example: vanessa@austintexas.net)
 FTP Username: domainname without .com/.net/.org
      (example: austintexas)
